Duplicate name of email filters is prohibited.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Under\u00a0Rules section, mention the filter rules. For example, e-mail messages contained with the words \u201c<em>buy\u201d, \u201csales\u201d, \u201cSEO\u201d, \u201cpromotion\u201d, \u201coffer\u201d, \u201cprice\u201d, \u201cmarketing\u201d<\/em>\u00a0and much more in the subject or body of the email.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.serverbasket.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/image-6.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-682 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.serverbasket.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/image-6.png\" alt=\"image 6\" width=\"781\" height=\"549\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Steps of making rules<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Select \u201csubject\u201d or \u201cbody\u201d from the 1st list box,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">select\u00a0\u201ccontains\u201d<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Type\u00a0\u201c<em>buy\u201d<\/em> in the text box and this should be longer any more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Click on + to add another rule for different words like <em>sales, SEO, promotion, offer, price, marketing and repeat the above steps to add these or any other keywords.<\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">After adding the rules go to the\u00a0Action section, select the action to filter the email, where above rules are matched.
